We help the property manager identify and accomplish whatever needs to be done to beautifully maintain the UNA facility in a timely manner. Differing responsibilities include inventorying needs, estimating the life of the physical plant's appliances and systems, recruiting volunteers for group repair/ maintenance events, recruiting specialists/sub-contractors to assist, advise, volunteer and or resolve issues. The team also helps the property manager prioritize needs and provide the support needed to get the job done.
